One-of-a-Kind Pieces — Natural Variation
Every piece sold through Lisa-Marie Armstrong Jewelry is entirely handmade and one of a kind. No two pieces are identical. Each piece incorporates real stones, natural minerals, and handworked materials, all of which carry inherent natural variation in colour, texture, pattern, surface, and structure.
Product photographs are taken with care and under professional conditions. However, colours and details may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings, and lighting conditions. We do not warrant that product photographs perfectly represent the exact appearance of any individual piece.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept that natural variation and the handmade nature of each piece are intrinsic to the work and do not constitute defects.
Care and Wear — Limitation of Liability
Each purchase includes a Care Guide setting out the specific requirements for wearing, storing, cleaning, and travelling with your piece. You are responsible for reading and following this guidance.
Lisa-Marie Armstrong accepts no liability for damage, deterioration, discolouration, or loss resulting from:
— Failure to follow the care instructions provided — Contact with water, perfume, hairspray, cosmetics, lotions, chemicals, or extreme heat — Improper storage or transportation — Dropping, impact, or physical force — Normal wear and aging beyond reasonable expectations for handmade sculptural jewelry
The golden rule is stated in your Care Guide and bears repeating here: the piece goes on last and comes off first. Always.
Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Rights
Because every piece is one of a kind and handmade, we ask that you choose carefully. We do not offer returns or exchanges based on change of mind.
However, your statutory consumer rights under Swiss law and, where applicable, EU consumer protection law, are not affected by this disclaimer. If you are an EU-based customer purchasing online, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Pieces that are made to order or personalised may be exempt from this right. We recommend contacting us directly at hello@lisamariearmstrong.com if you have any concerns about your purchase.
If a piece arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence and we will work to resolve the matter with you directly.
Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
Shipping and Loss
We take great care in packaging every piece for safe transit. Once a piece has been handed to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided to you, responsibility for safe delivery passes to the carrier.
Lisa-Marie Armstrong accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit once the piece has been dispatched. We strongly recommend that you ensure adequate insurance is in place for high-value shipments where offered by the carrier.
Intellectual Property
All content on our Sites — including but not limited to jewelry designs, product photographs, written descriptions, journal entries, guides, brand assets, logos, and all visual and written materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Lisa-Marie Armstrong and Lisa-Marie Armstrong Jewelry, protected under applicable Swiss and international copyright law.
No content may be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, republished, or used in any form without express prior written permission from Lisa-Marie Armstrong.
This includes but is not limited to use on social media, third-party websites, commercial or promotional materials, and AI training datasets.

You hereby waive, release, and forever discharge Lisa-Marie Armstrong, Lisa-Marie Armstrong Jewelry, and any employees, agents, or collaborators from any and all claims, losses, damages, or personal injury (including loss of life or serious harm) arising from your participation in or attendance at the Event, except where such loss is caused by the sole gross negligence of Lisa-Marie Armstrong.
This waiver is binding on you and your personal representatives and shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. If any portion is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full legal force and effect.
Lisa-Marie Armstrong accepts no responsibility for risks or loss arising from events and experiences not hosted or organised by Lisa-Marie Armstrong.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lisa-Marie Armstrong and Lisa-Marie Armstrong Jewelry shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Sites, purchase of our Products, or participation in our Events, beyond the value of the original purchase.
